Basbussa

Prepare syrup:

By adding a cup and half of sugar to a cup and half of water and heat until boiling and get the textures (relatively light) and can add some vanilla as desired.

Preparation of basbussa:

  1. Heat oven at a temperature of (180oc).
  2. Add the contents of the package to the cup of yogurt mixed well with three tablespoons of butter or margarine with a little water and mix well until dough become cohesive relatively soft.
  3. Place in a medium-sized tray 25 Cm in diameter anointed with butter and place in a medium heat oven about have an hour or until redness of the surface.
  4. Add cold syrup as it exits the oven directly
