Wipping Cream Powder

Preparation method:- 1- Pour125ml cold water or cold milk in a deep bowl . 2- Add the contents of the sachet 3-  Whip with electric mixer at highest speed for 3-4 minutes or to get thickness required .

Cream chantilly Powder

Recipe: 1000 gm. Mix 2000 gm. Chilled Water Method: Whip all ingredients using electric mixer at highest speed for 4-6 minutes or until getting thickness and volume required  

Topping cream powder

Recipe: 1000 gm. Mix 500 gm. Sugar        2000 gm. Chilled Water Method: Whip all ingredients using electric mixer at highest speed for 4-6 minutes or until getting thickness and volume required.  

Cream patisserie Powder

Preparation method:- 1-1000 gr. Cream patisserie powder     2500gr. Water. Preparation method: 1-Put water in bowl and slowly add cream patisserie . 2-Mix by hand or electric mixer. 3-leave to stand for 15-20 min before use
