Bait Food Basbousa is delicious and easy to prepare, it can be served with nuts or cream.


sugar- semolina –coconut –sodium acid pyro phosphate E450 –sodium bicarbonate E500 –Vanillin.


Prepare syrup:                                                                                                                   

By adding a cup and half of sugar to a cup and half of water and heat until boiling and   get the textures (relatively light) and can add some vanilla as desired.


Preparation of Basbussa: –

1-Heat oven at a temperature of (180 ⁰C)

2-Add the contents of the package to the cup of yogurt mixed well with three tablespoons of butter or margarine with a little water.

and mix well until dough became cohesive relatively soft.

3-place in a medium-sized tray 25 cm in diameter anointed with butter and place in a medium heat oven about half an hour or until redness of the surface .

4-Add cold syrup as it exits the oven directly.

Expiry : 9 months.
