Cake Powder ( Orange- vanilla- Chocolate)

Easy to prepare.

cake powder with orange flavor

Ingredients:


Sugar-wheat flour – corn starch– cake improvers – raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate (E450) – sodium bicarbonate (E500) -natural identical Orange flavor– salt – xanthan gum (E415)- permitted food color (Annatto “E 160b”).

Preparation method:

1-Preheat oven to moderated heat (170:180°C). 

2- Grease bottom and side of baking pan size 20 with butter or margarine.  

3-Add to the cake mix ,150 gm eggs (3 eggs),100gm melted butter and 100gm water in a deep mixing bowl.

4- Mix all with electric mixer for two minutes at low speed then for 5 minutes at high speed until the mix is homogenous.

5- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake it for 35:40 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.

6- Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, leave the cake to cool before cutting it and serve.

 

Expiry : 12 months.
