Ingredients:

Wheat flour- natural butter- salt.

Whipping cream powder :

Ingredients:

Vegetable oils- Emulsifiers- Sugar – Skimmed milk powder- Guar gum- Vanillin  – Cream flavor.

Preparation method:

1- Empty the sachet content in a bowl (clay – Pyrex)

 2-Add 1 liter of sweetened hot milk

3-Cover the surface with whipped cream bait food prepared by adding 1/3 cup of ice water till get thick texture.

4-Put inside oven (175/180 ◦C) until the surface reach to golden color required.

Expiry : 9 months.

Net weight : Om Ali: 140gm.

Whipping cream powder: 20gm.
