Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – Sugar –  Corn Starch – Cocoa Powder – Cake Improver ( E472 b -E477) – Raising Agent ( Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate “E450” – Sodium Bicarbonate “E 500”) – Salt.
Sponge cake Vanilla and swiss roll mix
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – Sugar –  Corn Starch – Cake Improver ( E472 b -E477) – Raising Agent ( Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate “E450” – Sodium Bicarbonate “E 500”) – Salt – vanillin .

Preparation method:
1-Preheat oven to 170 -180˚C.
2-Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes then on high speed for 5 minutes .
3- Pour the mixture into greased pan and bake it for 30-40˚C in the middle shelf of the oven or until completely cooked.
Expiry : 12 months.
